Blockchain and cryptocurrencies: these are terms now more and more in common use, thanks to the news on recent scenarios that digital coins and – above all – the so-called “chain of blocks” project in the coming future in which ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings), Smart Contracts and startups linked to Fintech will dominate the job market. This technology is destined to have a deep impact on countless aspects of our daily life, especially the financial one, but the specialists are lacking. To fill the gap, Consulcesi Tech (hi-tech company specialized in avant-garde solutions on Blockchain) according to the Link Campus University of Rome, is opening a postgraduate diploma in “Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Economics”. Thanks to an interdisciplinary approach, the lessons will start from a general macroeconomic perspective and then they will study in deep the development potential of the Blockchain in various sectors. Particularly, the second part of the lessons will focus on the technical aspects of the “chain of blocks” and on the planning of the smart contracts.

The admission to the postgraduate diploma is reserved for all graduates who have at least a bachelor’s degree. It will be preferential have the master’s degree or the old ordinary degree. In case of excessive questions compared to the number of positions available, the selection will be based on qualifications and curricula. People interested can decide whether to attend the academic course, contemplating 400 hours of teaching and final assessment test, or the telematic course, contemplating 100 hours of teaching and final test assessment.
